 If you just recently received you license, or haven't done much business ... START HERE

  1. If you are brand new, and have not been associated with any previous broker or brokerage, you have opportunity to get the cost of gettng licensed reimbursed. Reimbursement is limited to a maximum of $1,500. and will be reimbursed incrementally over the "first 6" sale transactions.
  2. During the "first 6" sale transactions, you and your mentor are on a 50-50 split. No exceptions.
  3. If you need or want this training beynd the "first 6" transactions, both the number of transactions and the split will be between you and the other agent. However, this agreement must be in writing and provided to the broker.
  4. During the "first 6" sales timeframe, the $120 monthly fee is waived in any month where you have a closing and funding.
  5. After the "first 6" sales the cost is reduced to $120/ month and $350 per transaction. Period.
  6. When onboarding, and each February thereafter, there is a fee of $100 as your portion of the E&O insurance.

  If you have been at this a while and are moving up to our company ... START HERE:

  1. The cost for experienced agents is $120/ month and $350 per transaction. Done!
  2. If you have previously signed on with another broker or brokerage, whether you did any business or not, the licensing reimbursement is not an option.
  3. Regardless of how long you have been licensed, each agent must be able to verify they have consumated six sale transactions. 
  4. If you have less than six, you and your mentor are on a 50-50 split until you complete the "first 6". No exceptions.
  5. If you need or want this training beynd the "first 6" transactions, both the number of transactions and the split will be between you and the other agent. However, this agreement must be in writing and provided to the broker.
